Vizor in New Jersey seeks a manufacturing/operator to weigh, mix, and monitor raw materials per formulas. You will ensure product consistency, perform quality checks, and maintain equipment while complying with GMP and safety rules.

Qualifications

• Completed a high school diploma or associate degree.
• 2-3 years experience working in a manufacturing environment.
• A willingness to learn quickly with high attention to detail.
• Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Managing processes and supply/inventory control.
• Collaborative, organized, self-starter, coachable with feedback ability.

Responsibilities

• Accurately weigh, measure, and mix raw materials following production formulas.
• Monitor the compounding process for product consistency and quality checks.
• Understand process flow charts and identify discrepancies.
• Safely operate and maintain mixing equipment, pumps, kettles; perform routine maintenance.
• Clean and sanitize equipment before and after manufacturing.
• Follow safety protocols, PPE use, and GMP standards.
• Maintain records of batch production, formulations, adjustments, test results.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
