Job summary

Vizor in New Jersey seeks a manufacturing/operator to weigh, mix, and monitor raw materials per formulas. You will ensure product consistency, perform quality checks, and maintain equipment while complying with GMP and safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Accurately weigh, measure, and mix raw materials following production formulas.
• Monitor the compounding process for product consistency and quality checks.
• Understand process flow charts and identify discrepancies.
• Safely operate and maintain mixing equipment, pumps, kettles; perform routine maintenance.
• Clean and sanitize equipment before and after manufacturing.
• Follow safety protocols, PPE use, and GMP standards.
• Maintain records of batch production, formulations, adjustments, test results.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Your Responsibilities

• Accurately weigh, measure, and mix raw materials following detailed production formulas and instructions
• Monitor the compounding process to ensure product consistency, performing quality checks and making necessary adjustments
• Understanding of process flow charts and ability to recognize discrepancies and issues
• Safely operate and maintain compounding equipment such as mixers, kettles, and pumps, performing routine maintenance as needed
• Cleaning and sanitizing of equipment before and after manufacturing
• Follow all safety protocols and regulations, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE), and ensure compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) standards.
• Maintain accurate and timely records of batch production, including formulations, adjustments, and test results.
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Compensation and Benefits

• Depending on experience our pay range is between $45k-$55k.
