Job summary

Kdc One's Groveport manufacturing team is hiring a Compounding – Mixing & Batching specialist. In this hands-on role you will stage and measure materials, operate batching equipment, monitor product quality, and help ensure safe, accurate formula production.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with basic math and reading skills.
• Experience in compounding, pre-weighing, processing, batching, or related manufacturing preferred.
• Knowledge of GMP and OSHA requirements and proper PPE use.
• Ability to lift up to 80 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Comfort working around hot water, cleaning agents and chemicals.

Responsibilities

• Stage and accurately measure raw materials for bulk product batches.
• Operate batching tanks, mixers and related equipment per specifications.
• Perform visual quality checks and report concerns promptly.
• Clean and sanitize equipment following GMP and safety rules.
• Collect in-process samples for lab testing and adjust as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Stage and accurately measure raw materials for bulk product batches.
• Operate batching tanks, mixers, and related equipment according to established specifications.
• Perform visual quality checks and promptly report product or process concerns.
• Clean and sanitize equipment in accordance with GMP and safety requirements.
• Collect in‑process samples for laboratory testing and make approved adjustments as needed.
• Record production and inventory transactions accurately in SAP.
• Partner with maintenance teams on equipment calibration and preventive upkeep.
• Work safely in a fast‑paced environment involving water, cleaning agents, chemicals, and industrial equipment.

Qualifications
