Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED with strong math and reading skills.
• Experience in compounding, pre-weigh, or processing.
• Knowledge of GMP and OSHA; PPE usage.
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Comfort around hot water, cleaners, and industrial equipment.
• Detail-oriented with teamwork mindset.

Responsibilities

• Stage and measure raw materials to create batches.
• Operate batching tanks, mixers and equipment to specifications.
• Perform visual quality checks and report anomalies.
• Clean and sanitize equipment to maintain cleanliness.
• Collect in-process samples for lab testing and adjust as needed.
• Document all actions in SAP to track inventory.
• Collaborate with maintenance on calibrations and upkeep.
• Work safely in a fast-paced, wet, chemical environment.
