Job summary

HEXPOL Compounding is seeking a on-site Manufacturing Associate in Dyersburg, TN to handle compounding, weighing, and mixing of materials, ensuring safe equipment operation and smooth production flow. You will visually inspect materials, report inconsistencies, and assist with changeovers while maintaining clean work areas.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent and 1 year of manufacturing experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; competency assessment may substitute.
• One year manufacturing experience preferred.
• Basic math skills and ability to read a tape measure.
• Proficient in MS Office; good written and verbal communication.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Perform compounding, weighing, mixing, and processing of materials.
• Ensure safe operation of equipment and maintain clean work areas.
• Check raw materials for contamination and report issues to supervision.
• Maintain clean mixer, mill area, and tool boards between batches.
• Support training of new Associates and participate in problem solving.
