Job summary

Atrium is seeking a detail-oriented laboratory professional to support high-throughput screening by setting up, executing, and QC evaluating automated compound printing. You will weigh and dissolve samples, coordinate shipments, and troubleshoot robotics and software in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong communication and teamwork, the ability to learn new software and hardware, and a proven track record of meeting deadlines while adapting to changing priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Chemical Engineering, or related field required.
• 1–3 years of relevant scientific, lab, or technical experience.
• Experience writing, editing, and formatting technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Set up, execute, and QC evaluations of automated compound printing for high-throughput screening.
• Weigh and dissolve samples to fulfill dry and solution-based requests.
• Coordinate shipment of orders with logistics.
• Operate and troubleshoot laboratory robotics and web-based software.
• Collaborate to author SOPs to standardize daily operations.
• Translate complex workflows into clear, actionable instructions.
