Job summary

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 2 years of equipment experience, and a Class B CDL. Overtime and disaster shift availability may apply; training and safety are emphasized.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Two years of experience operating heavy equipment and vehicles is required.
• Ability to read/write at an eighth-grade level and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment to load, unload, move, and transport yard waste through composting stages.
• Perform manual tasks to support the bio-solids program and assist with general duties.
• Maintain and service equipment; conduct pre/post-trip checks and report needs.
