Overview

This is a Contracted position in the field of Film / Motion Picture Production, located in Los Angeles, CA. The role is a VFX / AI‑Assisted compositor for an indie sci‑fi feature film finishing post‑production.

Responsibilities

• Handle all remaining visual effects for the film, keeping a consistent and grounded style.
• Execute clean, controlled compositing using Adobe After Effects and AI‑assisted workflows.
• Work on the following effects: drone POV with signal degradation, screen tracking onto a laptop, hologram‑style effects, UI/HUD overlays, muzzle flashes and other minor impacts, and general compositing tasks.
• Ensure all AI tools and assets are commercially licensed.
• Prepare and submit a 10‑second test piece (drone POV with laptop version) if selected.

Compensation
