You will perform a wide variety of tasks in a manufacturing / production environment. Your main duties will include laying up and bonding various composite materials such as pre-preg graphite and fiberglass materials. You also may set up and operate a variety of composite manufacturing tools such as ovens, autoclaves, cut tables, resin inject machines, etc.

What You Will Do

• Operate process equipment including autoclaves and ovens.
• Read and follow assembly instructions, engineering diagrams / instructions, and prints.
• Will be performing repetitive tasks in accordance with established standards.
• May train and qualify on multiple processes
• Flexibility to work across shifts / off shift / weekends as needed to support customer needs.
• Use of basic hand tools.
  
  

Qualifications You Must Have

• HS Diploma or AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with manufacturing
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

• Experience with composite materials (pre-preg, resins, graphite, fiberglass, and bagging).

The salary range for this role is 40,000 USD - 82,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
