General Description:

As a General Maintenance Technician, you'll gain hands-on experience in one of our centers, diagnosing technical issues and delivering outstanding service. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

1. Perform line technician services, routine inspections/maintenance, diagnostics, and problem-solving.
2. Provide excellent guest service with clear communication about vehicles.
3. Guide and mentor junior technicians in brake repairs, fluid exchanges/flushes, preventive maintenance, wheel alignments, and tire installation.
4. Document all work on repair orders.
5. Report safety issues immediately.
6. Promote teamwork to ensure timely and accurate guest care.
7. Adhere to company policies on vehicle care and operation.
8. Perform manual tasks, including lifting, standing, bending, and squatting, for extended periods.

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of automotive experience, including brake repairs, fluid flushes, and preventive maintenance.
• Valid driver's license.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• No relocation offered.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• ASE Certification.
• Experience diagnosing vehicles and performing road tests.
• Experience with electrical systems, air conditioning, and fuel ignition.
