Employnet, Inc. is seeking a Composites Technician – Level 2 to support composite manufacturing operations in Reno, NV. The role involves layup, bonding, trimming, finishing, inspection, and related production processes, with hands-on work using carbon fiber, fiberglass, prepregs and other materials.

The ideal candidate will read blueprints, work with ovens/autoclaves, and document production records while maintaining safety and quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with composite layup, vacuum bagging, bonding, trimming, and finishing.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints/engineering drawings.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools and precision measuring equipment.

Responsabilités

• Fabricate composite components using carbon fiber, fiberglass, prepregs and other materials.
• Perform layup, lamination, bonding, vacuum bagging per work instructions.
• Prepare molds, tooling, fixtures, and surfaces for production.
• Inspect parts and document quality and traceability.
