Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform hand layup of composite materials to assemble complex molds.
• Prepare molds and tools, apply sealants and release agents.
• Ensure correct fiber orientation and ply sequence.
• Vacuum bagging, debulking and prep for curing with leak checks.
• Check thermocouples and maintain material handling controls.
• Inspect work for conformance to specs prior to cure.
• Complete manufacturing and quality documentation.
• Support rework and continuous improvement activities.
• Adhere to safety protocols and PPE requirements.
