Job summary

Gunwerks is seeking a Composite Technician in Cody, Wyoming, to support composite manufacturing operations. The role requires following documented layup procedures precisely and safely operating the pattern cutting table, demolding, and deflashing tasks.

Candidates should have strong organizational skills, the ability to manage time effectively, and a basic high school education. Two years of related experience are preferred, with daily attention to keeping work areas clean and equipment

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and function in a high-pressure environment.
• 2 years of experience in a similar field preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Use pattern cutting table safely and appropriately.
• Follow documented work instructions for layup procedures and process (do not vary from approved process).
• Demolding and deflashing.
• Report scrap to supervisor when needed.
• Maintain and service of equipment and molds regularly and when needed.
• Work stations cleaned and organized daily.
