Job summary

Blue Ops, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Composites Technician for our Valdosta, GA facility. In this role, you'll produce USV fiberglass components, ensuring high quality through engineered systems. Your attention to safety and quality will be pivotal in working with teams to deliver innovative products.

Qualified candidates will have at least a high school diploma and relevant experience. Training on composite processes will be provided. This position requires adherence to strict safety policies and a commitment to quality manufacturing.

Qualifications

• 1-3+ years of experience in lamination or a similar manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documentation, including assembly diagrams.
• Basic understanding of infusion processes and safe chemical handling processes.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures for team safety.
• Perform accurate and precise mold preparation processes.
• Conduct in-process quality checks and visual inspections of molds.
