Job summary

Tiara Yachts is seeking a Marine Coating and Finishing Technician to apply gelcoat, varnish, and protective coatings on luxury yachts. You will prepare surfaces, spray coatings, and buff to a mirror-like finish in a fast-paced marine production setting.

The role emphasizes precision, attention to detail, teamwork, and adherence to safety protocols while delivering high-quality, lasting finishes on world-class vessels.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Apply gelcoat, varnish, or other protective coatings using spray guns and equipment.
• Prepare surfaces through sanding, cleaning, and masking for finishing.
• Inspect and blend finishes to ensure even color, texture, and coverage.
• Buff and polish surfaces to achieve high-gloss finishes.
• Follow safety protocols when handling chemicals and PPE.
