Job summary

Tiara Yachts in Holland, MI, seeks a Marine Carpenter to craft yacht interiors—cabinetry, trim, and woodwork—reflecting luxury and precision.

You’ll read blueprints, cut and fit components, and assemble with tight tolerances, collaborating with the team to meet schedules. Physical work with up to 50 lbs, on-site, Monday–Friday, 6:00 am–2:30 pm.

Qualifications

• Experience in finish carpentry, cabinet making, or woodworking.
• Ability to read blueprints and layout instructions.
• Detail-oriented with pride in craftsmanship.

Responsibilities

• Cut and install wood components including trim, panels, cabinetry, and doors.
• Read blueprints and build according to spec.
• Use tools to measure, saw, sand, and assemble parts.
• Finish joinery with attention to symmetry and quality.
• Maintain clean, safe, organized work area.
