From galley cabinets to bedroom vanities and wall panels, your work helps define the comfort and beauty of every space onboard.If you take pride in clean lines, precise cuts, and crafting something that will be admired for years to come, this is your calling.What You’ll Do:Cut, fit, and install wood components including trim, panels, cabinetry, and doorsRead blueprints, layout drawings, and work instructions to build according to specUse hand tools and woodworking machines to measure, saw, sand, and assemble partsFit and finish joinery with attention to symmetry, spacing, and surface qualityEnsure tight tolerances and smooth transitions between wood and other materialsCollaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently and on scheduleMaintain a clean, organized work area and uphold safety and quality standardsWhat It Takes:Previous experience in finish carpentry, cabinet making, or woodworkingAbility to use woodworking tools such as table saws, routers, jigs, and hand toolsStrong attention to detail and a pride in producing high-end craftsmanshipComfort working with measuring tools, blueprints, and layout instructionsPhysical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, kneel, and work in confined spacesExperience in marine, RV, or custom cabinetry work is a plusWhy This Job is Special:As a Marine Carpenter, your craftsmanship becomes part of something people will live in, entertain in, and admire for years.
