Job summary

Watts Water in Menomonee Falls, WI, is seeking a highly motivated Finishing Technician in the Solid Surface department. You will perform finishing techniques (wet or dry), set up and operate finishing equipment, and assemble and package finished products onsite.

Report to the Manufacturing Supervisor. Requires 3+ years in finishing/manufacturing, familiarity with BOM and shop docs, and commitment to Watts values.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years finishing/manufacturing experience.
• Experience in composite industry preferred.
• Follow safety policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform finishing techniques (wet or dry) to meet production demands.
• Set up and operate finishing equipment.
• Conduct patch and repair operations.
• Follow Bill of Materials and print shop documentation.
• Operate applicable computer systems and scanning tools.
• Maintain parts replenishment systems.
• Package and label products according to procedures.
• Complete industrial lift truck certifications as needed.
• Apply quality standards specific to each surface type.
• Follow scrap-out procedures.
