This Production Operator role requires strict adherence to safety rules and quality standards, with cross-functional responsibilities across shifts. The position requires reading and understanding complex instructions, solid math skills, and the ability to work quickly while maintaining quality.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and write English sufficiently to understand safety policies, work instructions and chemical warning labels.
• Good math skills and mechanical ability.
• Flexibility to perform several job duties.
• Good overall attitude as a team player.
• Ability to work at a quick pace.

Responsibilities

• Exhibit an objective, fair and professional attitude.
• Exhibit teamwork and actively participate in team activities.
• Demonstrate problem-solving skills in a continuous improvement environment.
• Follow HS&E safety rules, environmental policies and procedures.
• Complete production tickets accurately and report issues to Shift Supervisor.
• Cross train on all Production Operator jobs as required.
