• Machine/press operation, including mold presses or bonders.
• Quality control and use of hand or power tools.
• Stand for 8 hours or more during a shift.

• Open to work 2nd or 3rd shifts.

Compensation

• Starting rate $19.00 per hour.
• + $1.00 shift differential for 2nd shift; + $0.50 shift differential for 3rd shift.
• + $0.75 increase after completion of 65‑day probationary period.
• Progressive salary increases every 12 months to top rate.
