Anduril Industries is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join the North Carolina Composites branch. You will contribute to rapid iteration and manufacturing of advanced composite parts across multiple programs, ensuring manufacturability and quality from design through production.

You will collaborate with design, quality, and supply chain teams, write work instructions and MBOMs, and help drive processes as products move from prototype to FRP, with a focus on timeliness and reliability.

Competenze

2+ years in a relevant field with composite manufacturing focus.
Ability to read engineering drawings including GD&T.
U.S. Person status required for access to export controlled data.

Mansioni

Collaborate with technicians and engineers to design and build composite parts.
Influence manufacturability in the design phase to enable higher manufacturability.
Create manufacturing documentation and quality plans.
Serve as liaison between engineering data packages and manufacturing.
Solve manufacturing problems in a schedule-driven environment.
Develop processes as the product moves from prototype to FRP.
Coordinate with Program Managers to ensure on-time delivery.
Drive RCCAs with the quality team to remove blockers.
