Job summary

Lancesoft seeks a Component Assembler in Kennesaw, GA for a 12-month contract. The role involves slide-line assembly, pulling parts, silkscreen, stocking, and performing post, test and final assembly tasks.

Candidates should have 1-3 years of experience, be able to read English, perform basic math, and possess good hand-eye coordination. Soldering and familiarity with formal quality systems are preferred. Must lift up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities:

Production Assembly Associate is responsible for a variety of tasks including but not limited to slide-line assembly, pulling parts, silkscreen, putting stock away, and Post, Test and Final.

Other responsibilities include the ability to meet production schedules and lift up to 30 lbs.

Requirements / Qualifications:

• Demonstrated work history of 1-3 years.
• Ability to read and comprehend English required.
• Basic math skills including knowledge of percentages and portions required.
• Must be detail oriented, mechanically inclined, and have good hand eye coordination.
• Soldering experience as well as experience with working in formal quality system are preferred.
