Responsibilities

• Assemble components and subassemblies using hand and power tools according to specifications and work instructions.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, bills of materials, and assembly drawings.
• Inspect parts and completed assemblies to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
• Perform basic testing and troubleshooting of assembled products as required.
• Report defects, material shortages, or process issues to supervision.
• Maintain accurate production records and complete required documentation.
• Follow all safety procedures, company policies, and quality requirements.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with safety and 6S standards.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and efficiency.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

This role supports manufacturing operations by ensuring products are built accurately, efficiently, and safely while meeting production schedules and customer requirements.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
