Job summary

Indotronix UK in Charlotte, NC 28269 is seeking a Component Assembler for 12+ months with potential conversion. The role offers 1st shift at $17/hr (6am-2:30pm) with OT up to 4:30pm and 2nd shift at $18/hr (4:30pm-3:00am) with OT up to 2 hours.

The responsibilities include reading blueprints, following procedures, assembling components, testing, and maintaining quality and safety standards. HS diploma and 1 year of manufacturing assembly required.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of manufacturing assembly experience.
• Proficient in reading blueprints, work instructions, and using precision measuring tools.
• Strong attention to detail and safety mindset.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate power tools to assemble components with precision and prevent defects.
• Perform various assembly and product testing tasks following procedures.
• Read blueprints, work instructions, and bills of materials to ensure accurate assembly.
• Meet quality specifications and production deadlines.
• Identify and communicate process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Maintain workstation cleanliness and support department-wide housekeeping.
• Demonstrate strong work ethic and uphold personal productivity, quality, and safety standards.
• Show flexibility and willingness to learn multiple assembly stations.
• Availability for overtime and weekend shifts as required.
