Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in pharmaceutical/biotech industry.
• Experience building compliance training programs for US commercial operations.
• Knowledge of US healthcare laws and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead US commercial compliance training program design, development, and lifecycle management.
• Create engaging, role-specific learning materials including eLearning and instructor-led sessions.
• Oversee LMS content, reporting, and audience mapping with HRIS collaboration.
• Establish and monitor training KPIs and report to Compliance leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align training with business needs.
