Revolution Medicines is seeking a senior professional to lead the US commercial compliance training program, aligning curriculum with risk and regulatory priorities. You will design engaging, role-specific content and oversee onboarding for new product launches, delivering training at national and regional meetings.

The role requires 8+ years in pharma/biotech compliance/training, strong regulatory knowledge, and expertise in instructional design and LMS administration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 8+ years in pharma/biotech with 5+ years in healthcare compliance/training.
• Experience building/managing compliance training programs for US commercial ops.
• Knowledge of US healthcare laws and FDA promotional regulations.
• Expertise in instructional design and adult learning; experience with eLearning tools.
• Experience administering training content and reporting in an LMS.
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills for diverse audiences.
• Strong written communication; ability to translate complex concepts.
• Ability to lead through influence; manage multiple priorities across functions.
• Willingness to travel domestically up to 10–15%.
• Preferred: MBA/M.Ed. or related certs; oncology/pharma launches; familiarity with CIAs.

Responsabilités

• Support the US commercial compliance training program, incl. annual plan and calendar.
• Design risk-based curricula and content (eLearning, live and microlearning).
• Apply ADDIE/SAM to create role-specific training for field sales, market access, medical, marketing and home-office.
• Lead onboarding and launch-readiness training for new products.
• Deliver live training at national/regional meetings and cross-functional forums.
• Translate policies and regulations into timely training and communications.
• Manage LMS content and reporting; partner on system enhancements.
• Establish and report training metrics to Compliance leadership.
• Collaborate across Legal, Sales, Marketing, Medical Affairs, HR and Compliance.
• Manage external vendors and ensure regulatory reviews of content.
• Develop compliance communications to reinforce ethical decision-making.
• Continuously improve the program using industry benchmarks.
