Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the Compliance Training calendar and delivery milestones.
• Create engaging training content across formats (e-learning, microlearning, job aids, assessments).
• Translate complex regulatory and policy requirements into clear learning experiences.
• Lead stakeholder reviews with Compliance, Policy Governance, Risk, Legal, HR.
• Track training metrics and report on completion rates and program effectiveness.
• Manage the Compliance Training platform (LMS) and evaluate new tools.
