Job summary

Paxos is seeking a Compliance Technology Lead to deliver and improve internal tools and processes. You will partner with Compliance SMEs, Product, Engineering, Data, and vendors to translate regulatory requirements into tangible tech solutions, delivered on schedule and adopted by teams.

You will drive AI enablement, vendor management, KPI reporting, and change management to scale Compliance operations in a fast-paced financial services environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Compliance, Financial Crimes, Risk, Product Operations, or Program Management.
• Strong knowledge of BSA/AML and OFAC requirements and how they apply to tech initiatives.
• Experience delivering technology delivery lifecycle from requirements to post-launch enhancements.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap and delivery of Compliance tooling and technology initiatives, coordinating with Product and Engineering.
• Manage end-to-end lifecycle: intake, prioritization, backlog, roadmap, UAT, rollout and post-launch support.
• Coordinate UAT, validate against requirements, document audit-ready evidence.
• Serve as liaison between Compliance, Product, Engineering, Data, and vendors.
• Manage relationships with Compliance vendors and plan implementations.
• Lead adoption of new tools including training, docs, and change management.
• Identify automation opportunities and AI-driven process improvements.
• Develop dashboards, KPI reporting for weekly leadership reviews.
• Coordinate resource planning and dependencies across initiatives.
• Support regulatory exams, audits, and remediation with evidence.
