Paxos is seeking a seasoned Compliance tooling lead to drive the delivery, implementation, and ongoing improvement of internal tools and processes. You will collaborate with Compliance SMEs, Product, Engineering, Data, and vendors to translate regulatory needs into tangible technology solutions, delivered on schedule and audit-ready.

Qualifikationen

• Experience delivering Compliance technology initiatives end-to-end.
• Ability to translate regulatory requirements into tech specs.
• Proven cross-functional project leadership across Compliance, Product, Eng.
• Experience with UAT, rollout, and post-launch support.
• Strong written/verbal communication and audit-ready documentation.

Aufgaben

• Own the roadmap and delivery of Compliance tooling and technology initiatives with Product and Engineering.
• Manage end-to-end lifecycle of Compliance technology initiatives (intake, backlog, roadmap, UAT, launch).
• Coordinate UAT, validate functionality against requirements, document audit-ready evidence.
• Serve as liaison between Compliance, Product, Engineering, Data and vendors.
• Manage vendor relationships, feature requests, escalations, and planning.
• Lead implementation and adoption of new Compliance tools with training and docs.
• Identify automation and AI opportunities to improve Compliance processes.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and KPI reporting for reviews.
• Coordinate resource planning and project tracking across initiatives.
• Support regulatory exams, audits, and remediation with evidence documentation.
