Job summary

Fresno State Athletic Corporation is seeking an Assistant Director of Compliance & Student Services. The role reports to the Director of Compliance and supports day‑to‑day operations and student-athlete development initiatives.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree, knowledge of NCAA Bylaws, and experience with Teamworks platforms. The role may require some evenings or weekends as needed to manage deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent.
• Experience in Division I intercollegiate athletics.
• Experience with Teamworks platforms (Hub, Compliance+Recruiting).
• Knowledge of NCAA Bylaws.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day operations of the compliance office and student services.
• Support student-athlete development initiatives.
