The role requires a bachelor’s degree, NCAA Bylaws knowledge, and experience in Division I athletics; strong tech skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year institution.
• Experience working in Division I intercollegiate athletics.
• Experience with Teamworks platforms (Hub, Compliance+Recruiting).

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day operations of the compliance office.
• Support student-athlete development initiatives.
• Report to the Director of Compliance and coordinate with other units to ensure policy adherence.
