Job summary

KMG Prestige is seeking a Compliance Specialist for the Twin Cities area (Minneapolis & St. Paul, MN). The role involves agency reporting, processing move-ins and recertifications, sending notices, and monitoring resident accounts with a deadline-driven approach.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and a minimum of 2 years’ Tax Credit experience in affordable housing. Travel to sites is required for select assignments.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook is required.
• Excellent communication skills are essential.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Exceptional organizational skills are necessary.
• Experience in affordable housing is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently.
• 2 years experience with Tax Credit is required.
• Travel to sites is required but limited to special assignments (Minneapolis & St. Paul, MN).
