Aleron is seeking a Compliance Specialist in Alpharetta, GA, a hybrid, 6-month contract role supporting U.S. import operations and customs compliance.

You'll monitor broker management, assist with USMCA programs, maintain compliance records, and collaborate with Procurement, Logistics, and Finance to strengthen customs processes. Bachelor's degree required; 2+ years in broker management and as a Customs Broker preferred.

Job Title: Compliance Specialist

Location: Alpharetta, GA (Hybrid)

Employment Type: Contract (6 months)

Industry: Manufacturing

Compensation: $45.64 - $50.00 /hr.

Schedule: 40 hrs/Week. - (1st shift)

  • Support USMCA and other Free Trade Agreement programs by reviewing supplier certifications, maintaining supporting documentation, assisting with qualification reviews, and helping maximize compliant duty-saving opportunities.
Job Requirements
What You'll Bring:
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 2+ years of experience with broker management.
  • 2+ years of experience as a Customs Broker.

  • Experience working in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Excel).
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment.
  • Demonstrated initiative and willingness to proactively jump in where needed to support the client Industry, Inc. U.S. Customs team, business operations, and compliance objectives.
  • Good customer service mindset with a commitment to operational excellence and compliance.
