Davita Inc. seeks a Compliance Senior Manager to enhance and oversee the healthcare compliance program. The role involves policy development, compliance oversight for various initiatives, and strategic project management to ensure ethical practices across the organization. This remote position requires strong expertise in compliance regulations and excellent communication skills.
Position Summary
The Compliance Senior Manager plays an important role in the continued design and implementation of the Company's healthcare compliance program. The Senior Manager will assist in the implementation, maintenance, and continued improvement of the Company's compliant and ethical practices and behaviors through close collaboration with internal and external business partners.
This position is remote with a corporate headquarters in Foster City, CA and Parsippany, NJ. The Senior Manager will report to the Vice President, Compliance & Chief Compliance Officer.

Salary Statement:
Offered compensation is determined based on market data, internal equity, and an applicant's relevant skills, experience, and educational background. The salary ranges displayed below are only for those who, if selected for the role, will perform work in the specific locations listed. Please note the employment opportunity is not limited to these locations.
General Salary Range: $140,000 to $155,000
