Job summary

L&M Fleet Supply in Thief River Falls, MN is seeking a Compliance Support Specialist to ensure firearms safety, compliance with FFL regulations, and accurate handling of sporting goods. The role includes training the firearms team and maintaining compliance across store operations.

Qualifications

• 2 years of related professional experience and/or knowledge of safety and compliance is preferred.
• Must be 21 and legally able to handle firearms and maintain compliance with FFL regulations.
• Provide training and compliance oversight to the firearms team.
• Assist with safety training and monthly safety checks.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the link between stores operations and compliance and safety-related functions.
• Maintain inventory of firearms and other sporting goods items.
• Assist with administration of our CMMS system in the store and other tasks as assigned by management.
