Job summary

Envista Credit Union in Topeka, KS seeks a Compliance Coordinator to support compliance strategies and assist the AVP of Compliance & Risk Management. You will perform admin tasks, audits, and research with integrity and service-minded focus.

Located in Topeka, this full-time role requires knowledge of state and federal laws, strong analytical skills, and the ability to educate staff on compliance. The position emphasizes Envista's core values: Integrity, Empower, Unity, Impact, and Exceed.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of applicable state and federal laws and industry regulations.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills for one-on-one and small group settings.
• Ability to manage time effectively and work independently in a compliance environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain compliance system, vendor management system, risk management system, HMDA, SCRA, BSA reporting, and record retention.
• Research regulations, member complaints, fraud, disclosures, MLA, SCRA, and policy areas; report findings to AVP of Compliance & Risk Management.
• Support internal controls reviews and assist in education for Envista employees on compliance questions.
• Maintain a library of compliance resources and update with new materials as needed.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
