Job summary

Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood is seeking a Compliance professional to support daily administration of Title 31 reports and monitor compliance with Title 31 and ICS rules. The role includes auditing documents, submitting CTRs, and assisting in suspicious activity reporting.

The candidate should have a high school diploma, at least one year in compliance, and proficiency with MS Excel; casino operations experience and knowledge of Seminole Tribe Gaming rules are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required, with at least one (1) year of compliance experience.
• Must be proficient in MS Excel and have working knowledge of MS Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Auditing/accounting experience preferred.
• Experience with casino operations and with Seminole Tribe Gaming Compliance and federal rules and regulations also preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to the Seminole Tribe of Florida's Policies and Procedures.
• Conducts day-to-day audit of all documents generated from the operating departments.
• Performs daily submission of CTRs and logs exceptions generated by the operating department.
• Assists Compliance Manager in monitoring the administration of Title 31 E-Testing to ensure timeliness.
• Assists the Compliance Manager in the processing of Suspicious Activity Reporting.
• Maintains compliance records, audits and reports.
• Demonstrates commitment to the Company's Mission and Values including Communication, Integrity, Fun, Respect, Accountability, Passion and Dedication.
• Demonstrates commitment to responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service including discouragement of problem gambling and underage gambling.

Job Description:

Under the direction of the Compliance Manager, this role provides support in all compliance and related activities. Provides assistance with the daily administration of Title 31 reports and with monitoring compliance with the rules of Title 31 and Internal Control Standards (ICS). Duties include but are not limited to:

• Must adhere to the Seminole Tribe of Florida's Policies and Procedures. Conducts day-to-day audit of all documents generated from the operating departments.
• Ensures compliance with the IC…? Wait.
• Performs daily submission of CTR's and logging exceptions generated by the operating department.
• Assists Compliance Manager in monitoring the administration of the Title 31 E-Testing to ensure timeliness of administration of such testing.
• Assists the Compliance Manager in the processing of Suspicious Activity Reporting.
• Maintains compliance records, audits and reports.
• Demonstrate a commitment to the Company's Mission and Values including: Communication, Integrity, Fun, Respect, Accountability, Passion and Dedication.
• Demonstrate a commitment to responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service including the discouragement/prevention of problem gambling and underage gambling/consumption of alcohol.
• Ensure prompt and discrete notification to management and/or the Ethics Hotline of any observation of illegal acts or internal ethics violations.
• Perform others duties as assigned.
