Job summary

Foundever is seeking a Senior Manager for Reporting and Analytics in Colorado. This role involves leading the reporting function for compliance, managing a team, and implementing analytics tools. The successful candidate will have over 5 years of experience in business intelligence, strong SQL and Power BI skills, and will act as a bridge between compliance leadership and technical teams. This role oversees the development, implementation, and optimization of reporting tools, analytics platforms, and automated data solutions used to monitor compliance performance, regulatory exposure, and client contractual obligations. The Senior Manager leads a team of reporting analysts and BI developers responsible for delivering scalable dashboards, analytics models, and automated reporting solutions that support internal leadership, auditors, and client stakeholders. The Senior Manager is the primary bridge between compliance leadership, reporting teams, and technical developers to ensure reporting solutions are accurate, scalable, and aligned with operational and regulatory needs. Responsibilities include evolving reporting processes with the business and using data-driven insights to support proactive risk identification and compliance decision-making.

Primary Job Responsibilities
  • Reporting Program Leadership: Lead the operational management of the Global Compliance reporting and analytics function
  • Reporting Program Leadership: Oversee development and delivery of compliance dashboards, reports, and analytics across regions
  • Reporting Program Leadership: Ensure reporting outputs are timely, accurate, and aligned with business and regulatory requirements
  • Reporting Program Leadership: Establish reporting standards, governance practices, and data integrity controls
  • Reporting Architecture & Analytics: Oversee development and optimization of reporting platforms including Power BI, SQL, and automation workflows
  • Reporting Architecture & Analytics: Partner with BI developers and data engineers to design scalable data models and reporting architecture
  • Reporting Architecture & Analytics: Identify opportunities to automate manual reporting processes and improve reporting efficiency
  • Reporting Architecture & Analytics: Implement tools to monitor reporting data quality, lineage, and governance
  • Compliance Analytics & Insights: Drive the use of analytics to identify compliance risks, operational outliers, and performance trends
  • Compliance Analytics & Insights: Conduct complex data analysis using statistical and quantitative methods to support compliance programs
  • Compliance Analytics & Insights: Support audit readiness by ensuring reporting frameworks provide transparent, defensible compliance data
  • Compliance Analytics & Insights: Translate complex datasets into clear insights for compliance leadership and stakeholders
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Compliance leaders, auditors, and operational teams to define reporting requirements
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with technology teams to implement reporting tools and data pipelines
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Support leadership with reporting insights used in strategic decision making
  • Team Leadership: Lead and develop the Compliance reporting and analytics team
  • Team Leadership: Set team priorities and ensure delivery of reporting deliverables
  • Team Leadership: Provide coaching and technical guidance to reporting supervisor(s) and data engineer(s)
  • Team Leadership: Support capability development and technical skill growth within the team
  • Continuous Improvement: Evaluate reporting processes to identify opportunities for improvement or consolidation
  • Continuous Improvement: Recommend new reporting methodologies, technologies, and analytics approaches
  • Continuous Improvement: Support development of advanced analytics and automation capabilities across the compliance function
Essential Qualifications and Experience
  • 5+ years of experience designing and delivering reporting solutions within business intelligence or analytics functions
  • 3+ years of leadership experience managing reporting, analytics, or data teams
  • Experience supporting regulatory, compliance, or risk reporting programs preferred
Desired Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Statistics, Business, or related quantitative discipline
Essential Technical Skills
  • Advanced experience with Power BI (data modeling, DAX, governance, workspace management)
  • Strong SQL experience including data modeling and query optimization
  • Experience with automation tools such as Power Automate, Power Apps, or Python ETL pipelines
  • Familiarity with data governance, data quality monitoring, and reporting architecture
  • Knowledge of data visualization best practices and KPI reporting frameworks
Preferred
  • Experience with version control systems such as Git (GitHub, GitLab, Azure DevOps)
  • Familiarity with Azure Portal including resource group management, service deployment, and virtual machine configuration
  • Experience with Azure Data Factory for data orchestration and pipeline management
  • Experience with Azure Databricks for data engineering, transformation, and analytics workloads
