Under supervision of the Regional Program Director, you will review policies, monitor regulatory changes, and support a culture of safety and accountability while advancing our mission to empower children and families through

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
• Knowledge of regulatory and legislative policy and procedures for the financial and human resources sectors.
• 1–3 years of related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate compliance issues/concerns within the organization.
• Ensure the Board, management and employees operate a high-quality program and comply with regulations.
• Verify adherence to company policies and procedures and standards of conduct.
