Arkansas Early Learning, Inc. is seeking a Compliance and Quality Manager to oversee compliance and quality across our programs serving children and families in Arkansas.

The role ensures regulatory alignment and high-quality service in a nonprofit childcare environment. Under supervision of the Regional Program Director, you will review policies, monitor regulatory changes, and support a culture of safety and accountability while advancing our mission to empower children and families through

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
• Knowledge of regulatory and legislative policy and procedures for the financial and human resources sectors.
• 1–3 years of related experience preferred.

• Ensure the Board, management and employees operate a high-quality program and comply with regulations.

NOW HIRING A Compliance And Quality MANAGER

Under the direct supervision of the Regional Program Director, the Compliance and Quality Manager functions as an independent and objective body that reviews and evaluates compliance issues/concerns within the organization. The position ensures the Board of Directors, management and employees are operating a high quality program and in compliance with the rules and regulations of regulatory agencies, that company policies and procedures are being followed, and that behavior in the organization meets the company's Standards of Conduct.

Education And/or Experience

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
• Knowledge of regulatory and legislative policy and procedures for the financial and human resources sectors.
• 1-3 years prior job related experience preferred
