Arkansas Early Learning Inc. is seeking a Compliance and Quality Manager who, under the direct supervision of the Regional Program Director, reviews and evaluates compliance issues within the organization to ensure a high‑quality program and adherence to regulations.

The role ensures policies and procedures are followed, behavior meets Standards of Conduct, and staff operate in a safe, compliant environment while supporting the mission to serve vulnerable children and families.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
• Knowledge of regulatory and legislative policy for the financial and human resources sectors.
• 1–3 years prior job related experience preferred.

NOW HIRING A Compliance and quality MANAGER:

Under the direct supervision of the Regional Program Director, the Compliance and Quality Manager functions as an independent and objective body that reviews and evaluates compliance issues/concerns within the organization. The position ensures the Board of Directors, management and employees are operating a high quality program and in compliance with the rules and regulations of regulatory agencies, that company policies and procedures are being followed, and that behavior in the organization meets the company's Standards of Conduct.

Education and/or Experience
