Job summary

Ibex Limited is seeking a Compliance Analyst to perform internal audit and compliance tasks across our operations. The role involves monitoring calls, generating regular quality and compliance reports, and providing actionable recommendations to improve controls.

You will work with Operations, Client Service, and other departments to ensure adherence to regulatory and company standards. The role requires collaboration, training, and willingness to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-year experience as a Compliance and/or Risk Analyst or similar role.
• Experience reviewing calls and internal controls is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor calls for compliance purposes and generate reports.
• Provide analysis and recommendations on quality and compliance metrics.
• Input data into quality and compliance measurement databases.
• Assist with training and coaching of agents and new hires.
• Support continuous process improvements and risk reporting.
