Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail with ability to identify compliance concerns accurately.
• Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills to evaluate information.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate collection calls to ensure regulatory and client standards.
• Document findings and elevate high-risk compliance concerns.
• Coordinate call monitoring, audit deliverables, and supporting docs to deadlines.
• Analyze reports to identify trends and opportunities to improve quality and compliance.
• Collaborate with internal teams and third-party vendors on audits and improvements.
