Job summary

Anchorage Neighborhood Health Center is seeking a Compliance Manager to lead ANHC's compliance program under the Chief Risk & Compliance Officer. You will oversee work plans, audits, investigations, training, and corrective actions, ensuring regulatory obligations are met across HIPAA, HRSA, 340B, and related areas.

The role collaborates with clinical and operational leaders to strengthen controls, maintain documentation, and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Three years of progressively responsible experience in compliance, auditing, risk management, privacy, internal controls, or regulatory affairs.
Two to three years of leadership, supervisory, project management, or program oversight experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day compliance program operations in alignment with the annual work plan.
Develop, maintain, and monitor the compliance work plan, audit calendar, regulatory deliverables, and metrics.
Coordinate compliance monitoring, internal audits, investigations, and risk assessments.
Monitor federal/state requirements (HIPAA, 340B, HRSA, FTCA) and coordinate implementation.
Partner with leaders to strengthen internal controls and corrective actions.
Oversee policy and procedure program governance, and document control processes.
Coordinate compliance education and training for leaders, staff, and stakeholders.
Prepare dashboards, committee reports, and program updates for leadership.
