Ampere Computing, a leader in energy-efficient AI compute, is seeking an experienced Compliance professional to bolster its in-house program. You will drive risk assessments, update policies, and coordinate training while supporting investigations and reporting to leadership.
This role requires 5+ years in compliance or related fields, with strong collaboration across functions in a fast-paced tech environment. A focus on governance and regulatory awareness will be essential to success.

At Ampere we believe in taking care of our employees and providing a competitive total rewards package that includes base pay, cash long-term incentive, and comprehensive benefits. The full base pay range for this role is between $119,000 and $179,000, except in the San Francisco Bay Area where the range is between $133,500 and $200,500.
