As our business continues to evolve globally, we are investing in the people, processes, and governance structures needed to support responsible growth. We are seeking a Compliance Program Manager to take a lead role in that effort, building and strengthening our compliance program.
This is a broad, hands-on compliance position for someone who enjoys variety, supports assigned projects, and is comfortable operating independently while partnering closely with legal, HR, finance, operations, and business teams.
Reporting directly to the General Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer, you will support the design, implementation, and day to day administration of key elements of Ampere's compliance program. In addition to work on the core compliance framework, you will also provide critical support for corporate governance and legal operations. This role is ideal for someone who wants exposure to a wide range of compliance and ethics issues while helping build a program that will evolve alongside a rapidly growing technology company. You will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact from day one.
At Ampere we believe in taking care of our employees and providing a competitive total rewards package that includes base pay, cash long-term incentive, and comprehensive benefits. The full base pay range for this role is between $119,000 and $179,000, except in the San Francisco Bay Area where the range is between $133,500 and $200,500.
