The Fountain Group is seeking a Compliance Privacy Project Analyst for a leading client, located in Marlborough, MA. This is a hybrid role with on-site work 2 days per week, offering a 12-month assignment with possible extension or conversion.

The role centers on providing administrative and operational support to the Client Privacy team, focusing on global data subject requests, privacy mailbox management, and coordinating privacy projects across North America, Europe, APAC, and the Middle East.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years' experience in a legal administrative or compliance support role (coordinator, not an analyst).
• Bachelor's Degree OR equivalent work experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and SharePoint/Teams.
• Strong written and verbal communications.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence and collaborate across the organization.
• Organized with the ability to prioritize multiple work streams concurrently.
• Preference: privacy or data protection knowledge or experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to the Client Privacy team.

• Review documentation against DSR standards and redact as needed.
• Monitor deadlines and ensure timely, compliant responses.

We are a national staffing firm and are currently seeking a Compliance Privacy Project Analyst Opportunity for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in Marlborough, MA. Hybrid, On Site 2 days a week. Details of the position are as follows:

Job Details:

• Pay: $43 - $44.96/hr.
• 12-month assignment, possibility of extension or conversion.
• Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Hybrid
• The Compliance Privacy Project Analyst is primarily responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the Client Privacy team, with a focus on managing global data subject requests (DSRs), administration of the Client Privacy team's global mailboxes, and supporting various privacy and data protection projects as needed.
• Assists with efforts to align with all relevant global privacy and data protection laws in assigned jurisdictions while supporting the Client's global business operations (including North America, Europe, APAC, and the Middle East).
• Manages communications received in Privacy mailboxes from external and internal parties, which includes ensuring timely responses and escalating as needed to appropriate team members.
• Manages intake of global DSRs (Data Subject Requests) (e.g., access, deletion) received via Privacy mailboxes.
• Reviewing requests received and communicating directly with requestors;
• Coordinating responses with internal stakeholders such as HR, Loss Prevention, Customer Services, Legal, and other relevant business teams;
• Reviewing documentation based on DSR standards and redact as necessary before final production;
• Monitoring deadlines to ensure timely and compliant responses; and
• Tracking request details in internal systems.
• Updates and manages standard operating procedures (SOPs), templates, and knowledge base materials.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• 5-10 years' (Max) experience in a legal administrative or compliance support role. This is not an analyst role, more of a coordinator role.
• Bachelor's Degree OR equivalent work experience.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and other Microsoft platform technologies (SharePoint and Teams).
• Strong written and verbal communications skills.
• Strong critical thinking, attention to detail, and accuracy.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality as appropriate.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence, collaborate and build effective working relationships with internal partners across the organization.
• Organized with ability to prioritize multiple work streams concurrently.
