Job summary

Boys Town is seeking a proactive Compliance Analyst to ensure operations align with federal, state, and local regulations and internal policies. You will collaborate across teams to revise policies, develop processes, and mitigate privacy and regulatory risks.

The role involves data analysis, reporting, and supporting accreditation responses while coordinating with auditors and compliance officers to maintain high standards of integrity and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related area or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 5 years previous relevant experience required.
• Master's Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct monitoring and auditing with Privacy and Compliance Officers.
• Support creation and maintenance of policies, procedures and work instructions.
• Perform data analysis to identify trends and potential compliance and privacy risks.
• Maintain the Lockpath Compliance Dashboard and ensure filings, controls, and reviews are completed.
• Research regulations and prepare reports for organization-wide use.
• Provide guidance on compliance matters to internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate with auditors to ensure compliance with federal regulations and Boys Town policies.
