Job summary

Verse Medical is seeking a detail-oriented Compliance Operations Associate to keep our program running smoothly day to day. This role blends desk work with on-site facility interactions, tracking licenses, certifications, audits, and documentation while guiding auditors through the space.

You will be highly organized, capable of coordinating multiple timelines, and support internal audits, SOP drafting, and leadership reporting.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of experience in compliance, quality assurance, operations, or audit support.
• Experience in healthcare, financial services, or regulated industries is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with multiple trackers and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update compliance trackers, calendars, and checklists.
• Monitor deadlines and flag items before they become urgent.
• Organize and maintain audit-ready documentation and records.
• Support internal audits and external inspections with documentation.
• Draft and update SOPs, checklists, and job aids.
• Prepare reports and dashboards summarizing compliance status for leadership.
• Onboard and track completion of trainings and certifications.
