Binance is seeking a proactive student or recent graduate to support our compliance and legal teams in the United States. The role focuses on operational tasks, document preparation, deadline tracking, and organized record-keeping across cross-functional teams.

You will assist with materials for kick-off projects, status updates, and meeting minutes, while coordinating with vendors and colleagues in multiple time zones.

Formación

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree with strong academic performance.
• Interest in compliance, legal, operations, or project coordination is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Provide operational support for compliance and legal projects, including document prep and deadline tracking.
• Assist in preparing project materials such as kick-off decks, status updates, and meeting minutes.
• Support deployment of compliance vendor solutions by coordinating logistics and meetings.
• Assist with business analysis, process mapping, and workflow improvements under supervision.
• Conduct research on AML/CFT and other compliance topics as needed.
• Help draft basic reports, presentations, and compliance communications.
• Maintain Relativity and ensure data accuracy.
• Act as liaison between teams to facilitate timely follow-ups.
• Perform general administrative tasks to support compliance and legal teams.
