Job summary

Binance is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator with a strong compliance background to support the execution of our compliance initiatives. This role will coordinate and track implementation activities, manage timelines, deliverables and dependencies, and facilitate timely resolution of issues to ensure remediation commitments are met.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Legal Studies, Economics, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Compliance, product or system lifecycle management, vendor and project coordination, or related roles.
• Background or strong interest in Compliance systems is preferred.
• Fluency in English required to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support for compliance and legal projects, including document preparation, deadline tracking, and maintaining organized records.
• Assist in preparing project materials such as kick-off decks, status updates, and meeting minutes to ensure smooth workflow.
• Support the deployment of compliance vendor solutions by coordinating logistics, scheduling meetings, and monitoring progress.
• Assist with business analysis, process mapping, and workflow improvements under supervision.
• Conduct research on AML/CFT and other compliance-related topics as needed.
• Help draft reports, presentations, and compliance communications.
• Act as a liaison between teams to facilitate timely follow-ups and clear communication.

About the Role:

This role will be responsible for coordinating and tracking implementation activities, managing project timelines, deliverables and dependencies, and facilitating the timely resolution of issues to ensure successful delivery of remediation commitments.

The individual will work cross-functionally with Compliance, Product, Engineering, Data Science and other relevant stakeholders to drive implementation progress, maintain effective governance and reporting, and ensure deliverables are completed in alignment with regulatory expectations and agreed timelines.

What You’ll Do:

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Legal Studies, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• > 3 years of experience in Compliance, product or system lifecycle management, vendor and project coordination, or related roles.
• Background or strong interest in Compliance systems is preferred.
• Fluency in English is required to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders. Additional languages are an advantage.
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Tech-savvy and data-driven; comfortable learning new systems and conducting analysis using Excel, Python, or similar tools.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with teams across different time zones.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong problem-solving skills; proactive and able to follow through on tasks independently.
• Efficient, responsible, and hardworking; willing to support urgent tasks when needed.

Nice to Haves:

• Experience in the crypto, fintech, or cross-border payments industry.
• Certifications such as CAMS, CGSS, or Certified Sanctions Specialist (CSS).
• Exposure to blockchain analytics tools (e.g., Chainalysis, TRM Labs, Elliptic).
